Pastor,
Fred R. Fowler Sr.
Pastor Fowler was born in Cleveland, Ohio
on October 16, 1953 to Jack and June
Fowler. On October 20, 1973. He married
Cheryl Dick, daughter of Robert and Helen Dick. He
entered the ministry in 1978 after graduating from
Baptist Bible Institute. After pastoring churches in
Ohio and Virginia, Pastor Fowler answered God’s call to
the Northwest. Pastor Fowler drove across the country and moved into
what used to be called the Cloverland
Methodist church in January of 1990.
Pastor Fowler has preached Sunday morning sermons along
with doctrinal classes on Sunday and Wednesday evenings,
without a significant sabbatical, for the past 20 years
at PBC. Besides performing his duties as pastor, Pastor
Fowler is a full time self-employed hardwood floor
installer. Pastor and Mrs. Fowler have nine children and
nine grandchildren.

Youth
Pastor, Fred R. Fowler Jr.
Fred Fowler Jr. was born in Geneva, Ohio
on May 21, 1982 to Pastor Fred R. and Cheryl L. Fowler.
Homeschooled by his parents,
Fred Jr. attended and graduated from Lewis-Clark State College with a
Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education. Fred
Jr. has faithfully served as PBC’s Youth Pastor since
2001. Fred Jr. has been instrumental in the nurturing of
the church’s youth, and currently helps direct the Youth
Summer Visitation Program.

Deacon, Alan White Alan White is originally from Nashville,
Tennessee. As a young man, he served in the U.S. Navy
where he eventually met and married Rose Brown. White graduated from King James Bible Institute in 1985
and soon after went into fulltime service as pastor of
Good News Baptist Church of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Currently serving PBC as a deacon and church treasurer,
he and his family moved to the Lewis-Clark Valley in 1996.

Logan Fowler
Logan Fowler is the second eldest son of Pastor Fred
Fowler Sr. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree from
Lewis-Clark State College in 2008. He is the author of
